Admins and users with authorization to manage permissions can add permissions on the Data page and on the Roles page. Select at the top of the Permissions tab to add a new permission. The Create permission dialog appears.
Select an access level and the role to which the permission should be granted. For more information about access levels, see Privileges. Optionally, select access conditions and time-based conditions for the permission. For more information about creating permissions, see Creating Permissions in the UI.
