Wildcards in Permissions

Okera allows you to use wildcards (*) in object names (database, dataset, role, URI, attribute namespace, and connection names) specified in permissions. For example, if you have four databases named marketing_prod_db, hr_prod_db, marketing_dev_db, and hr_dev_db in your catalog, you can issue the following command GRANT SELECT ON DATABASE *_dev_db in a permission that will affect both the marketing_dev_db and hr_dev_db databases. The wildcard can be specified at the beginning, end or in the middle of the name.

Note: This functionality is not supported in the Okera UI at this time.
